Operation New Hope will provide, at no cost to the client or client’s companion, appropriate auxiliary aids for communication if needed. These aids include: certified sign language interpreters, DCF qualified sign language interpreters, certified CART providers, and assisted listening devices for a client who is deaf or hard of hearing. Operation New Hope will provide at no cost to the client or client’s companion, a qualified foreign language interpreter to persons with limited English proficiency. These aids will be available to the client or client’s companion through the duration of services with ONH, so that every client has equal opportunity to participate in or benefit from all programs and services.
