Hope Starts Here.

Join us in breaking the cycle of poverty and incarceration.

Florida has the 3rd largest incarcerated population in the U.S.

95% of all state prisoners will be released.

However, once released, people face a multitude of barriers to essentials like employment and housing. Lacking adequate access to stable housing means people are disconnected from their communities, unlikely to be hired or retain a job, and therefore are far more likely to re-offend or be arrested and return to incarceration.

Together, we can change that.

Through Employment, We Empower!

For over 25 years, we have provided life-changing support and training to over 15,000 people impacted by the justice system to reconnect them to the workforce, their families, and our communities. Help us equip people with the skills they need to become self-sufficient and successful.

Make a difference in your community.

At Operation New Hope, we believe that we are all better than our worst mistake, worst day, or worst decision.

The work we do is about safety, which is not just the absence of crime; it is the presence of well-being.

Our programs remove barriers and empower justice impacted individuals and their families to sustain long-term success. We deliver wrap-around services that build self-sufficiency and provide training in relevant, career-pathway skills to meet the needs of the modern industry. Our life-changing services help break the cycle of trauma, addiction, poverty and incarceration that often entraps  people and communities.

Our Programs

Working in collaboration with the Department of Corrections, we deliver pre-release services to over 40 facilities in Florida. Our dedicated pre-release Case Managers bridge the reentry divide to ensure adequate housing, transportation, and job training.

Implementing a comprehensive approach, participants receive training, job placement, financial benefits, support services, mental health services, housing, and transportation assistance – everything needed to build a new future after involvement with the justice system.

Participants receive first-class career development, case management, counseling, and other crucial services in a primarily virtual program model that is designed to meet the needs of those unable to attend in-person due to transportation or employment restrictions.
