We are so excited to share that Operation New Hope was recently awarded the Top Workplace in Jacksonville Award for 2024 as well as the Meaningfulness Award, for the second year in a row! These awards came as the result of our most recent Energage employee engagement survey, in which our staff described Operation New Hope as some of the wonderful words below:
“When I saw how Operation New Hope was touching and changing so many lives, I had to be a part of this amazing movement. What I enjoy the most since joining the team is the overall morale is so high and everyone appears to genuinely enjoy working here.” – Cleaon Kelly, Pre-Release Case Manager at Operation New Hope
This positive, people-centric culture would not be possible without the valuable contributions of every member of our staff. Our dedicated team of case managers, mental health counselors, job coaches, career development instructors, intake specialists, and administrative staff work with clients to address personal needs and overcome obstacles after involvement with the criminal justice system. Our programs give people the tools needed to focus on the future and become self-sufficient. We are so grateful for the dedication that each and every one of our employees bring to the workplace every day!
We provide support, life and job skills training for people affected by the criminal justice system and place them in employment that offers a sustainable quality of life.
