Hope starts here.

Help us build a stronger community by helping people return to work and stop the cycle of incarceration.

Operation New Hope has an unmatched ability to address these problems.

Driven by the belief that we are all better than our worst day, worst mistake, or worst decision, we are well positioned to address the cycle of incarceration, lack of reentry services, and collateral consequences associated with mass incarceration.

We have over 20 years of experience in providing reentry services, matching formerly incarcerated individuals with living wage work, and supporting the transformation of our program participants into productive members of society.

Through Employment - We Empower.

Our [Ready4Release]  and [Ready4Work] programs have helped over 7,000 men and women affected by a broken criminal justice system. We have partnered with over 400 employers matching our clients with living-wage work averaging over $11.00 per hour.

[READY4WORK] is working.

Our recidivism rate illustrates the success and cost-savings of our programs. The Florida Department of Corrections reports a 3-year recidivism rate of 24.5%. Our Ready4Work program reports a 3-year recidivism rate for the same cohort of 8.64%. We are saving taxpayers millions of dollars by avoiding repeated cost of incarceration and lost tax revenue.

We are aided by our Community Partners.

We cultivate stronger communities by creating opportunities to realize second chances and reduce recidivism through strategic partnerships with the judicial system, local businesses, faith-based organizations, and community partners.

Operation New Hope is building Cities of Second Chances.

Operation New Hope is poised to expand our [Ready4Release] and [Ready4Work] programs to additional locations around the state to address the critical needs of the thousands of people returning every month from Florida's jails and prisons. As we expand into new communities, we will build on existing relationships and foster new community coalitions. This time-tested strategy will allow us to fully understand the unique needs of each region and develop relationships necessary to generate additional philanthropic funds to match State support.

By building Cities of Second Chances, we connect returning citizens to their community and motivate program participants to become productive, responsible citizens saving taxpayers millions of dollars by avoiding repeated cost of incarceration and lost tax revenue.

We successfully leverage more funding with your support.

The valuable commitments from our generous donors have helped elevate Operation New Hope to the status of a national leader in the field of reentry. Their trust in our work and continued support has helped us attract the attention of the last four White House Administrations, federal, state, and local representatives, and various foundations and donors. Their dollars have allowed us to leverage even more government funding. Investment in Operation New Hope exemplifies what can be achieved by developing Public/Private Partnerships.

Help us advance HOPE.

Poverty and financial hardship for the formerly incarcerated are main drivers of recidivism. To alleviate immediate financial hardship, program participants can earn incentives and stipends while enrolled in the program, and receive financial support to address transitional housing, transportation, vital documents, food and clothing. We also partner with post-secondary educational institutions to address the skills gap of employment needs and offer vocational training to provide our clients with a competitive edge that leads to living wage employment. And because children of formerly incarcerated parents are 7 times more likely to become offenders themselves, we offer the Breaking the Cycle program to clients with children to interrupt the cycle of generational incarceration.

To continue advancing our successful reentry programming and services, we need your help to invest in our strategic expansion and technology upgrades. Partner with us to make [Ready4Rlease] and [Ready4Work] available to the thousands of people returning every month from incarceration to communities across Florida.

This is what HOPE looks like. Give today.

Your donation will provide impactful funding to move Operation New Hope's mission forward. Your support will help us close the gap between the State's funding and the cost to deliver the comprehensive and proven effective services that our clients need.

Help us advance our technology to deliver our nationally recognized programming behind the wall, preparing people for employment prior to release to ensure reentry success.

Operation New Hope's strategic plan includes statewide expansion to meet the needs of the thousands of people returning from incarceration each month. Increasing the availability of reentry services will strengthen our economy, make our communities safer, and break the cycle of incarceration.
