Access motivated candidates without adding to your recruitment costs. Our Workforce Development team gets to know your hiring needs and connects you with candidates whose skills, experience, and career goals align with your opportunities.
Ready4Work participants complete intensive Career Development training focused on the skills needed to succeed at work, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace expectations, communication, technology, and other professional and life skills.
Participants also work individually with a Job Coach to identify their previous experience, strengths, skills, and career goals before being connected with employment opportunities.

Operation New Hope continues supporting Ready4Work participants after they enter employment through individualized coaching, case management, supportive services, and other resources designed to promote long-term stability and job retention.
Our team remains a resource for both the employee and employer throughout the process.
Employers who hire eligible candidates may qualify for programs such as the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Federal Bonding Program, providing additional incentives while expanding access to meaningful employment opportunities.
