"Since first encountering Operation New Hope in 2020, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative impact the organization has on individuals and families not just in Jacksonville, but across Florida. Through its reintegration, Ready4Work, and support services programs, Operation New Hope provides second chances to individuals, fostering community growth and empowerment. Since 2020 to now, I have become increasingly involved in this work, deeply passionate about reducing recidivism and advancing social justice and equity. Joining Operation New Hope's board of directors presents a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a respected nonprofit and in addition aligning my values with actionable impact. I am thrilled for the opportunity to empower individuals and communities toward brighter futures while advocating for systemic change.”
