Lori is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Community First Credit Union. She is an experienced HR leader with demonstrated success in positioning HR as a trusted strategic business partner. She has spent much of her career in Human Resources, gaining experiences in areas which include Recruitment/Retention, Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, FMLA/ADA and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds the AIC, CPCU and PHR designations. She is a member of SHRM/SHRM Jacksonville, CPCU Society, Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2017 where she recently served as the Chair of the Adult Leadership Selection Committee and is a member Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Outside of the office, Lori enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
