As our Client Services Director, Joi Stephens oversees Case Management at all program locations, helping to guide, improve, and expand our delivery of supportive services. Like many on our team, Joi has a story of growth here at Operation New Hope. Joi started in 2015 as a Case Manager, and during her tenure, has proven to be a dedicated team player, successfully taking on more and more responsibility with every new role. Joi is a motivating leader, works well under pressure, and is devoted to helping our team and our clients succeed.

 Joi grew up in a military family and eventually settled in Jacksonville. She enjoys spending time with her children who are always on the go with cheerleading, soccer, and travel. Her goal is to continue working with Operation New Hope to connect and help as many people possible.  For Joi, success is key!
