Temeka Perry serves as the Workforce Development Director at Operation New Hope. In this role, Temeka oversees three key aspects of the Ready4Work program – Career Development, Vocational Training, and Employment Services. She is a results-driven thought leader with over 20 years’ experience in human services focused on educational advancement and workforce development. Temeka previously worked as the Program Manager at Eckerd Connects where she assisted youth 16-24 with training and recruitment and oversaw the expansion of services to Baker and Clay counties.
Temeka is Tier One Certified as a Workforce Professional and has earned her BA degree in Workforce Development. She is a recreational tennis player since 2005. Temeka loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
We provide support, life and job skills training for people affected by the criminal justice system and place them in employment that offers a sustainable quality of life.
