Natasha Goodley, J.D. serves as the Regional Director for our Ready4Work Tampa and St. Pete program locations. She joined the team during our 2024 expansion into the region and brings with her extensive leadership experience and strong community connections. In her role, Natasha oversees the daily functions of all programming in the Tampa Bay region providing critical reentry services to Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, and Pasco counties. 

Prior to joining Operation New Hope, Natasha ran her own company, White & Black Consulting, served as the Florida African American Coalition Director for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, worked as the Assistant Director for Barry University – Tampa and taught at the collegiate level for more than five years. She has been appointed to the Mayor’s African American Advisory Council, Public Nuisance Abatement Board, and Code Enforcement Board for the City of Tampa. 

Natasha received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. She is a member of several community and professional organizations including Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc., National Forum for Black Public Administrators, Pi Sigma Alpha, Pi Gamma Mu, National Association of Professional Women, Urban League of Hillsborough County, East Tampa CRA, and East Tampa Relay for Life. 

Natasha volunteers her time to eradicate food insecurity among children and provide business coaching services to small businesses in need. As a foster parent, Natasha has fostered six young boys. She is an active member of her church Mt. Zion Progressive Missionary Baptist.
