Give Second Chances

Ways to Connect

Quinn Bell, a successful community leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, served as our dedicated board chair for 12 years. His commitment to our mission through the gift of his time, talent, and treasure made a lasting impact on our organization. The Bell Society honors and continues the great work Quinn helped to begin. We invite you to join now by becoming a monthly donor to honor his legacy.

Our goal is to change lives and rebuild careers, and getting our clients comfortable with job interviewing is critical to their long-term success. That’s where professionals from the community can help! We invite you to use your expertise to lead mock interviews during our Career Development training and help our clients gain the confidence and skills needed to redefine their lives and build successful careers.

Support our mission by providing Welcome Home Kits for our clients! These kits include essential hygiene items like shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes, helping clients care for themselves as they start this new chapter of their lives. There’s no minimum supply requirement, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals to contribute or for larger groups to organize a supply drive.

Join us for an informational and inspirational lunch and learn to become part of social justice reform. See how our team is working to develop safer communities, stronger economies, and more stable families. Tour our program facility in Jacksonville or Orlando and join us in celebrating our clients as they graduate from our nationally acclaimed Ready4Work program.

"My greatest hope is that others will join me in supporting important efforts with their charitable dollars. If I can help people see what a difference their donations can make, and encourage them to feel greater ownership in improving our community, then I will feel like my giving has made a difference beyond the agencies I have personally supported."

Hear from our donors!

"UPS values it's partnership with Operation New Hope, as the programmatic investment towards their Ready4Work program provides underrepresented citizens, and the communities they live in, the necessary resources to thrive. This is just one way UPS and The UPS Foundation is creating a more equitable and just world."
