Meet our Ready4Work Job Coach – Jeff Kauttu

Jeff Kauttu joined the ONH team a little over a month ago. He has dedicated over 40 years to volunteering in jails and prisons. Jeff is very open about being an alcoholic, and has been sober for 29 years! He currently holds AA meetings and drug court classes for incarcerated individuals. 

We know that when people have the support needed to address the issues that may have led to their involvement with the criminal justice system, such as substance abuse and mental health symptoms, then they will far more successful at securing stable employment and less likely to return to incarceration. Jeff’s experience is very helpful as the majority of our clients deal with substance abuse issues, and our team helps our clients get the help they need to get the most from our Ready4Work program.
