Meet our Ready4Release Program Manager – Ronnie Cage.

Ronnie has been with Operation New Hope since 2014. His dedicated Ready4Release team works with 30 facilities in Florida to target qualified inmates and present Ready4Work program details. Our experienced Case Managers enroll interested clients and build an individualized release plan to facilitate a smooth transition back into the community.

Ronnie wears a second hat as an InsideOut Dad Facilitator, instructing incarcerated fathers on how to be more present in their children’s lives. You can learn more about InsideOut Dad and its programs at https://www.fatherhood.org/.
