Meet our Ready4Work Case Manager – Saige White. 

Saige helps her “peoples” with anything and everything to assist them in their journey after incarceration. Our Case Managers develop a comprehensive individualized plan of care that directly addresses a client’s needs and goals as they work on rebuilding their lives. Case managers, job coaches, and mental health therapists support our clients for an entire year after completing the Ready4Work program.
