Meet the Staff – Yolanda

Meet our Ready4Work Case Manager and Recovery Support Group Facilitator – Yolanda Goodman. In 2022, Yolanda made the move from Illinois to Florida to join the Operation New Hope team, bringing with her a wealth of experience in teaching and case management.

Yolanda and the Ready4Work Case Management team deliver post-release services and individualized support to individuals working on rebuilding their lives after involvement with the criminal justice system. Yolanda describes herself and the other case managers as “the ground level and foundation” for returning citizens to help them land sustainable employment and finally self-sufficient. 

As a second chance story herself, Yolanda brings a unique perspective to her clients impacted by certain challenges. By relating her own experiences to her clients’ problems she serves as a reminder that they are not alone and hope has not been lost.
