Ready4Work
For individuals with a criminal history, Operation New Hope offers personalized support from a caring team and access to tools that empower participants to overcome obstacles and build new lives for themselves.
Implementing a comprehensive 4-pronged approach (case management and mental health, supportive services, job training, and job placement assistance), our Ready4Work program ensures each client succeeds at reconnecting to the workforce, their families, and community.
“I was in such a dark place before coming to Operation New Hope, but after Ready4Work, I was truly transformed.”
– Anthony B., Ready4Work Graduate
We work with clients one-on-one to address personal needs and help overcome obstacles on their path to a new life.
A personal employment coach, mental health counselor, and case manager are ready to listen and give practical, realistic support for a full year.
Participants have access to skills training, job placement, financial benefits, support services, housing and transportation – everything needed to reconnect to the workforce, their families, and community.
Raise your own expectations for what is possible. We focus on your potential, not your criminal past. Financial independence, pride, and meeting positive people can be your future.
We provide support, life and job skills training for people affected by the criminal justice system and place them in employment that offers a sustainable quality of life.
