Petway Family Continues to Provide Hope

Operation New Hope extends our sincere thanks and gratitude to the Petway Family for their continued support and commitment to providing hope to individuals returning to our community. Their most recent gift of $10,000 will help us help people successfully overcome the many barriers following incarceration – like lack of affordable housing and transportation and limited access to job training and living-wage employment; and their donation is especially important during these challenging times.

The Petway Family has been a great supporter of our reentry work over the years. With a multi-year gift, they helped us launch our Breaking the Cycle program, which provides family reunification services to break the cycle of generational incarceration. They have also donated many times to support our Ready4Work program helping us to provide case management, supportive services, job training, and job placement assistance to our clients. Their most recent gift came through the Petway Family Advised Fund which is housed at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida.
