We love our team at Operation New Hope!

We have a great team at Operation New Hope, and it’s so fun to spotlight our outstanding performers. Every year at our annual holiday party, we celebrate our team’s achievements and take time to highlight those who go above and beyond in support of our clients and our organization’s success. As we expand to build a Statewide Reentry Network to help serve the 27,000+ people leaving Florida’s prisons every year, our team expands as well, and we have more to celebrate!

Rookie of the Year - Cindy Bridges

Cindy is our Client Support Specialist at our Ready4Work Space Coast program location. Since joining the ONH family in July 2023, Cindy has made a significant impact helping clients regain their driver’s licenses after incarceration. Many people don’t realize that often returning citizens have suspended licenses, not because of dangerous driving, but because of fines and fees they have been unable to pay while incarcerated. Without a license, people can’t drive to work to earn money they need to pay the fines and fees to get their licenses back. However, Cindy and the team in Space Coast are able to help clients set up a payment plan with the Clerk of Court to get back on the road and get back to work. Thanks Cindy!
