Krista Bartosch

Director of Mental Health Services

 

Krista Bartosch is a compassionate and experienced leader with over 20 years of expertise in the mental health field. Her diverse background includes work across several critical areas such as domestic violence, homelessness, and substance use disorders. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Addiction Counselor, Krista brings a depth of knowledge and commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward stability and healing.

Krista joined Operation New Hope in 2018 as a Mental Health Therapist and quickly distinguished herself through her dedication and leadership. In 2022, she was promoted to Mental Health Services Supervisor, and in 2025, was appointed Director of Mental Health Services. In 2025, Krista was also honored with the Field Instructor of the Year Award by the University of Florida School of Social Work in recognition of her commitment to mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals.

Krista is a proud graduate of Misericordia University and Temple University. She is a firm believer in the importance of self-care and strives to nourish the mind, body, and soul. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her loved ones. Krista brings warmth, strength, and insight to her role, and is passionate about creating access to quality mental health care for those transforming their lives after incarceration.
