Rhode Meone joined Operation New Hope in April 2026 as the Human Resources Director, bringing over 20 years of experience across corporate and nonprofit sectors. She is a dedicated and kind professional who genuinely enjoys helping others and making a meaningful impact through her work.
Rhode holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, further strengthening her focus on leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Throughout her career, Rhode has held progressive HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Director positions within nonprofit organizations and HR Business Partner roles in the corporate sector. Her experience spans talent development, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy. She has successfully built HR processes and programs that support employee growth, strengthen workplace culture, and align people strategies with organizational goals.
Rhode is known for her servant leadership style and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships at all levels of an organization. She believes that Human Resources plays a critical role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and empowered to succeed. Her approach is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to developing both people and organizations.
