Trinity Rescue Mission teams up with Operation New Hope!

On March 17th, Operation New Hope and Trinity Rescue Mission began a dual enrollment partnership to give our clients as much support as possible. Trinity clients are eligible for joining our program after at least 90 days of being in Lifeline, a recovery program that focuses on biblical principles, hard work and a commitment to sobriety. The partnership is going great!

Founded in 1962, Trinity Rescue Mission plays a critical role in the continuum of care for homeless services in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Today, Trinity programs are working daily in four locations in the Jacksonville area with a ministry wide program capacity of 273 beds. As a member of the Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition of Northeast Florida, Trinity Rescue Mission:

  • Provides a large percentage of the total available emergency shelter beds in Jacksonville.
  • Operates one of the only facilities capable of providing emergency services to homeless women with children in Jacksonville.
  • Provides a complete menu of homeless restoration services within one organization, from emergency shelter and meals, to short term programs, to long term addiction recovery, to re-employment and transitional housing.

“Every day we see people come through our doors that need the kind of restoration and life-change that only Jesus provides. We understand the importance of supplying all of our guests with a safe place to stay, nutritious meal, hot shower, and a warm bed, but the most valuable thing we can ever offer is the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

“The number of homeless individuals is daunting, but with your help, we can make a real difference in the lives of many.” Read more about what Trinity is doing for our community and what you can do to help on their website.
