Operation New Hope’s 2023 Year in Review

As we enter our 25th year of serving the community, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve embarked upon together. Operation New Hope is proud to share some of our most notable moments from 2023, achievements that have helped us become the leaders in reentry committed to making a lasting impact on individuals and communities.

1. Operation New Hope’s President & CEO Reggie Fullwood Receives Jacksonville’s Inspire Change Changemaker Award: One of the standout moments of the year was when our President & CEO Reggie Fullwood was honored with the prestigious  NFL Inspire Change Changemaker Award from the Jacksonville Jaguars. This recognition not only celebrates Reggie’s leadership and dedication to our cause but also highlights the broader impact our organization is making in our communities across Florida. Reggie continues to inspire us all to reach new heights in our mission.
2. Operation New Hope’s Statewide Reentry Network Continues to Grow: In 2023, Operation New Hope achieved a significant milestone by celebrating our first year serving Central Florida and expanding our Ready4Work program to the Space Coast region. These expansion efforts marked strategic moves to provide our comprehensive reentry services to even more individuals seeking a fresh start after incarceration. The early success of Ready4Work Space Coast underscores the importance of second chances.
