Every season, bowling teams from different companies in Central Florida compete against each other to win the ultimate goal – first place winners get to present the funds raised from the league participants to the nonprofit of their choice. We are so thankful that the good people over at FINFROCK won this year’s bowling tournament AND selected Operation New Hope as their mission of choice!
FINFROCK is an independently owned design-builder based in Central Florida with in-house architecture, engineering and construction teams. FINFROCK’s Employee Engagement Specialist Karly Tucker learned about Operation New Hope during a Heart of Florida United Way event earlier this year. Karly was so touched by our mission to provide support and training to people after involvement with the criminal justice system, that she pitched Operation New Hope to her team – the FinPins. The team unanimously agreed, won the bowling tournament, and generously donated the winnings in support of our life-changing work.
Thanks so much to the team over at FINFROCK for your generosity and for believing in second chances! Thanks also to Heart of Florida United Way for making community connections and for making Central Florida better for more people!
