Second Chance Supporters – Jacksonville Women in Business for Good

Jacksonville Women in Business for Good presenting donation to Amanda Mahan, ONH Chief Communications Officer

It was an honor yesterday receive a generous donation of $4,267.50 from  the Jacksonville Women in Business for Good group. Their organization voted to support Operation New Hope’s mission  as part of their member driven support of our local community.

Founded in 2022, the Jacksonville Women in Business for Good is helping women build connections, enrich their professional and personal lives while doing good for the greater community. They come together once every quarter to network, donate, learn about local nonprofits and vote on which organizations to support together. Their growing group of 234 members has collectively pooled a total of $18,225 for donation to deserving local non-profits, including Operation New Hope ($4,267.50) and Once Upon a Room of Jacksonville ($3,985).

Our team at Operation New Hope extends our most sincere thanks to the Jacksonville Women in Business for Good for their support of the critical programs and services we provide to the people of Northeast Florida. These funds will go a long way to help our clients reconnect to the workforce, their families, and the community after their release from incarceration.

Thank you to the Jacksonville Women in Business for Good  for believing in Second Chances!
