Welcome to Reggie Fullwood – Ready4Work Program Director

Reggie Fullwood, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, has joined our team as the Program Director for Operation New Hope’s nationally recognized Ready4Work Initiative.  Reggie brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience having served in various leadership roles in the public, private and not for profit sectors.

His leadership experience includes executive roles at Metro North Community Development Corp, the Vestcor Companies and AT&T as well as elected office.  “Helping to restore lives and reunite families is the best part of what we do here. We all deserve a second chance, and the empathy and compassion that we show others is what makes this program exceptional and effective,” says Reggie.

In 1999, he became the youngest person ever elected to the Jacksonville City Council where he represented District 9.   He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Political Science from the University of North Florida. He is also a graduate of the 2004 class of Leadership Florida.

We are thrilled to have Reggie join the Operation New Hope family!

  1. Mr. Fullwood,
I have been working with Caren Goldman in the efforts to get a satellite ONH office in St. Augustine. Until that dream becomes a reality, I would like to talk with you about how the City of St. Augustine could be a potential employer of ONH graduates. I realize that it is based in Jacksonville, but there may be some candidates that live in St. Johns County that could benefit from not having to potentially commute to Jacksonville for work. The City offers a pension and paid individual health care just to name a few benefits. Please contact me to discuss further. Todd Grant, Public Works Deputy Director. 904-315-8499.
