Meet our Senior Job Coach – Brian Hargrove

Operation New Hope prides itself on focusing on a person’s  potential rather than their criminal past. Our job coaches help clients not only get a job, but also gain financial independence, pride in their work, and belief in their ability to transform their lives. 

As our Senior Job Coach, Brian enjoys learning from the clients just as much as he enjoys being a mentor. Making meaningful job matches is critical for the long-term success of our clients. Getting to know them through the Ready4Work program allows Brian to help our clients achieve their second chance in an industry that makes them excited.

Brian has been an integral piece of providing autonomy to our clients to reduce recidivism and inspire hope in our community. We thank him and all of our job coaches for helping to create second chances in Jacksonville!
