Our Ready4Work Orlando clients recently added a new skill to their repertoire: tying a tie. The Ready4Work program not only helps clients transition home from incarceration but also places a strong emphasis on being prepared to enter the workforce. With a comprehensive approach encompassing case management, mental health counseling, supportive services, job training, and placement assistance, Ready4Work ensures our clients succeed.
Participants in our program are required to remain drug-free and attend three weeks of Career Development training featuring life skills, employment readiness, financial literacy, and technology bootcamp. Ready4Work Career Development focuses on interpersonal skills, self-sufficiency, coping strategies, communication, employability and job readiness, and job retention. We deliver our Ready4Work program in Jacksonville, Orlando, St. Augustine, and Space Coast.
In addition to employability skills training, each client is assigned their own Case Manager, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and Job Coach. Our Case Mangers develop comprehensive individualized plans of care focused on prevention that directly address the criminogenic risks and needs of each client. Therapists provide Individual and Group Counseling Sessions allowing clients to explore feelings and behaviors, set goals, and work toward desired change. We provide these sessions for a full year to equip our clients with the tools needed to ensure successful reentry and prevent recidivism and relapse. Our Job Coaches provide guidance and create a detailed employment profile for each client, leading to job placement with targeted employment partners.
The holistic approach of our Ready4Work program ensures our clients ready for work! Learn more about our programs today.
