Thanks to the dedication of our team and support from our partners, Operation New Hope is proud to announce that we are officially open and now serving clients at our new Ready4Work program locations in Tampa and St. Petersburg! Last week, we enrolled 7 clients at the two new sites and the teams did a great job providing Career Development training, mental health therapy, and wrap-around case management support that includes linkages to vital resources like housing and transportation.
This expansion marks a significant milestone in our mission to provide support and training for individuals reentering the workforce after involvement with the justice system. Our new locations join our Statewide Reentry Network that offers comprehensive services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, empowering them to build brighter futures.
Join Us for Open House Events
To celebrate this exciting development, we are hosting Open House events at both new locations. These events will provide an excellent opportunity for community partners, stakeholders, and interested individuals to learn more about the services we offer and how we can work together to create a positive impact in our communities.
Open House Schedules:
Each Open House event will feature tours of our facilities, presentations on our programs and services, and opportunities to meet our dedicated team members. Attendees will gain insight into our holistic approach to reentry, which includes job training, life skills development, case management, mental health therapy, supportive housing, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success for our clients.

The Ready4Work program is a nationally recognized initiative that provides returning citizens with the tools and resources they need to successfully reintegrate into society and reconnect to the workforce. Our services include job placement assistance, resume writing workshops, interview preparation, financial literacy education, and more. By addressing the specific challenges faced by those who have been involved in the justice system, Ready4Work helps individuals overcome barriers to employment, reduce recidivism, and achieve self-sufficiency.
